流水帳
如果大家有留意近日我的blog，會發現多了一些很流水帳式的文字。或許，現在的心情比以往好，也較從前更樂於分享自己的生活吧。或許這麼說，過去也實在太單調乏味了。現在的公司會要求員工每一寫time sheet，向主管匯報一天的工作。每天九時半須寫好並交在主管的tray，以下就列一個典型的time sheet(也就是我今天的time sheet，黑體字是正文)：
0900-0930 Faxing the catalogues
0930-1230 Calling the customers (我的工作是cold call商戶，告知每月公司有介紹會計軟件的研討會[seminar]，並問他們公司用什麼會計軟件，要不要邀請sales team同事做演示[demo]。有時要開會和filing)
1230-1250 Ellis' birthday gathering (今天是同事Ellis的生日)
1250-1300 Faxing the catalogues (把seminar表格及產品簡介傳真給商戶)
(lunch time不用列出)
1400-1415 Faxing the catalogues
1415-1730 Calling the customers
1730-1800 Faxing the catalogues
(以下當然也不用列出)
1800-1845 乘2E回家......(中略)......
1945-? 寫blog
