Memory－－敬悼外公
星期一(19/4)晚除下了房間裡那張貼了五年(沒錯！是五年)的海報，換上了Him雜誌附送的苟芸慧海報。把桌子和電腦鍵盤、滑鼠洗得乾淨。睡到星期二(20/4)早上3時半，來電稱外公病重。立時與媽媽乘計程車往仁濟醫院，途中來電稱外公已離世。到場外公仍有呼吸，所有家人到齊。據稱在睡眠中去世，沒有痛苦甚安詳。後往外婆家，用膳後回家片刻。在旺角乘港鐵上班，在車廂中手拿聖經欲查考約翰福音11:9，一位乘客對我說：「怎麼那麼用心讀聖經？」我說：「大家基督徒不瞞你，我外公剛剛離世」「送你一節經文：以賽亞書41:10」我在車廂念道：「你不要害怕，因為我與你同在。不要驚惶，因為我是你的 神。我必堅固你，我必幫助你，我必用我公義的右手扶持你。Don't be afraid, for I'm with you。上星期我參加一個喪禮，我就在一張卡看到那節英文的經文，不過卡上寫是出自創世記的。」「你說是出自創世記的嗎？聖經每一章每一節都指向耶穌基督，以賽亞英文是什麼？」「Isaiah」「彌賽亞(按：受膏者)就是Messiah，以賽亞書就是預表耶穌基督。還有約拿，被大魚吞了三日三夜，預表耶穌基督復活」然後乘客告訴我他很小的時候就上教會，大學念英國文學。有一段時間對信仰很懷疑，甚至信共產主義。後來父母離世，看了母親的靈修筆記才知她一直為孩子的回轉祈禱。我想起了聖奧古斯汀的母親莫妮卡(Monica)，說完了乘客在荔枝角站下車。
明天(21/4[三])就是全國為青海省玉樹州地震的哀悼日，可真是「全國哀悼」了，公司發起了捐款。奮戰了接近三年零八個多月，終告「解脫」。感謝多年來在香港、台灣和各地支持我的朋友，明天以及以後的日子，是 神帶領的每一天。

Midnight
Not a sound from the pavement
